Key Requirements
- CS qualification preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant compliance experience
- Strong understanding of IFSCA regulations
- Working knowledge of SEBI, RBI, FEMA, FATCA, CRS, KYC/AML, CFT and global compliance frameworks
- Experience in regulatory reporting, policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and regulator interactions.

Investment Sales Professional – Fixed Income & Global Products (India)
- We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and drive client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution across fixed income, equity-linked, and global investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire new clients for bonds, AIFs, special investment funds
* Expand client base with global investment offerings
* Manage client relationships, execute trades, and provide end-to-end servicing
* Drive sales through fresh calls, outreach, and presentations
Qualifications & Experience:
* MBA in Marketing/Sales or Finance with sales/marketing projects
* Minimum 2 years in investment sales (bonds, mutual funds, AIFs, FDs, institutional insurance)
* Preferred background: priority/private banking, mutual fund distribution, insurance brokerage, online bond platforms, bond brokerage houses
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of fixed income markets
* Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
* Proven track record in client acquisition & sales
